1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pk tk platform and all services provided through it. These Terms form a legal agreement between pk tk and the platform's users ("Member" or "you").

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and shall serve as the primary linguistic basis of the agreement. All sections of pk tk — casino games, sports betting, live casino, virtual games — operate under these same Terms. Additional conditions may apply to specific promotional offers or game sections, and will be stated separately on the relevant page.

pk tk reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The first login after any change will be taken as confirmation that the new Terms have been accepted. The latest effective version will always be available on this page.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

To open an account on the pk tk platform and participate in any gaming or betting activity, you must be at least 21 years of age. A national ID card, birth certificate, or passport may be required as proof of age. Any attempt by a minor to open an account will be cancelled immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, the same mobile number, or the same payment method, all such accounts will be closed and the accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Responsibility to Provide Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information constitutes a breach of these Terms, and pk tk reserves the right to verify an account at any time. If your information changes, please update it through support as soon as possible.

2.4 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pk tk support immediately. Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account is prohibited.

3 Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are supported for deposits on pk tk. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳200. Funds are generally credited to the account instantly. Please use the correct mobile number and reference number when making a deposit — pk tk is not responsible for delays caused by mismatched information.

3.2 Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the pk tk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no facility for transactions in other currencies. Cryptocurrency is not accepted on pk tk.

3.4 Transaction Verification

To prevent fraud and money laundering, pk tk may request additional verification for any transaction. The relevant transaction may be temporarily held during this process. If required documents are not submitted on time, the withdrawal may be cancelled.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on pk tk receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; to withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

Multiple promotions are ongoing, including weekly rewards, cricket festival bonuses, birthday rewards, referral bonuses, and weekend slot bonuses. 4.3 General Conditions for Bonus Use

• Bets placed with bonus funds will only count towards the wagering requirement calculation.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit after receiving a bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

5 Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if pk tk declares a bet void due to a technical error or event cancellation, the original stake will be returned.

5.2 Odds and Results

In sports betting, announced odds may change at any time — the odds in effect at the moment of placing the bet are final. For determining event results, pk tk follows the official announcement of the relevant sports governing body (e.g., ICC, BCCI, FIFA).

5.3 Technical Issues

If a connection is lost or a software error occurs during a game, pk tk will determine the outcome of the bet based on server records. The data stored in the server log will be considered the final evidence.

5.4 Game Provider Terms

The pk tk platform contains content from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, and Spribe. The RTP and rules specific to each game are determined by the third-party provider, and pk tk does not control them.

6 Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following activities will be considered a serious breach of these Terms:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Account hacking, phishing, or attempting to access another person's account by any other means.
• Dishonestly claiming bonus benefits — repeatedly claiming the same promotion using multiple accounts or false information.
• Collusion — multiple players coordinating to gain an unfair advantage for one party.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs or loopholes in the platform's software.
• Using pk tk's content or data commercially beyond personal use.

If such activity is identified, pk tk reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the associated balance without notice. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by pk tk

pk tk may temporarily or permanently close any account in the event of a breach of Terms, suspicion of fraud, or during a verification process. The member will be notified by email of the reason for suspension.

7.2 Closure at Member's Own Request

Any member may request closure of their account through pk tk support. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed. Self-exclusion requests are also accepted in accordance with the Responsible Gaming guidelines.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. The balance will be retained in an inactive account, but identity verification may be required to reactivate it.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) follow their own privacy policies. Their specific terms will also apply to transactions conducted with these parties. pk tk does not store any financial information directly on its own servers.

9 Responsible Gaming

pk tk believes that gaming and betting are for entertainment only. We want every member to play within their means. Members can set personal limits — such as a daily deposit limit or controls on playing time.

10 Dispute Resolution

10.1 Resolution Through Support

For any complaint or dispute, please contact the pk tk support team first. Support is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct support.

10.2 Formal Complaint Process

If a resolution is not reached through support, a written complaint may be submitted. Include a detailed description of the incident, date, transaction ID, and any relevant screenshots. pk tk documents all formal complaints and endeavours to respond within a reasonable time.

10.3 Precedence of Server Records

In any dispute, the records stored on the pk tk server will be accepted as the final evidence. A member's screenshots or personal records will not take precedence over server logs.

11 Rule Changes and Miscellaneous

11.1 Notice of Changes to Terms

pk tk may update these Terms at any time. Members will be informed of significant changes by email or through platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.

11.2 Severability of Terms

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part alone will be set aside and the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.

11.3 Entire Agreement

11.4 Language of Communication

The pk tk support team provides assistance in both Bengali and English. Members may communicate in their preferred language. Both Bengali and English are acceptable for all formal communications.
